Along with running The Grove, what you probably don't know about me is that I'm also a certified Grief Recovery Specialist. Through my award-winning book Children & Grief, and the grief recovery classes I've taught over the years, I've had the opportunity to help thousands of adults, parents and children understand how to deal with and grow through their grief.

And I've met with a lot of artists who don't understand how unresolved grief can be impacting their art and very lives.

It's a really important topic because grief, left unattended, can really influence our art and life in powerful ways.
